On the basis of the successful operation of the first phase 5 MW PV project in NYZ, the equipment department introduced the second phase 10 MW PV project this year. This project mainly uses the roof for construction, which covering an area of about 200,000 square meters at Block workshop B, Block workshop C and the Block workshop of old factory (Zhongzhou).

Currently, photovoltaic modules on the roof of Block workshop B are under tense construction, from next month infrastructure construction will be in full swing. The project is planned to be completed and put into trial operation before the Spring Festival of 2015, the second phase of photovoltaic (pv) project is expected to generate 10 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year. The electricity generated is settled according to the preferential electricity price of the State grid, and it is estimated that the company can save about 1.2 million yuan of electricity cost every year.
